Fix ipod / iphone apps won’t start problem

A common problem with the iphone and ipod applications is that at some point they stop opening. This is a quick tutorial video to show the process of how to get them working again. The typical problem is that when you try to open one of the apps that didn’t come originally on the device it will show the splash screen for 2 or 3 seconds and then immediately close the application again.

@Shuffle3956 Perhaps try reinstalling iTunes. The computer should recognize your phone when it’s plugged in. The fact that it’s not recognized in iTunes would seem more of an issue with iTunes or windows than the phone.

fucking bullshit. won’t “pop” up on the left hand menu

@UKBoomerz Simple reboot doesn’t always work. Believe me I had tried it before finding this solution. Rebooting it didn’t work, installing a new app didn’t work, removing and reinstalling an app didn’t work. I even had let the battery die completely, recharge and it still did it. This was the only way I was able to resolve it at the time. Never any issues like this with my android phone though!

@THEchampion4 that happend to me so all i did was authorize was my computer and i did that by going on “itues store” then along the top it should say “store” click that and on the drop down menu is should say something like authorize itunes click that and put your email and password in then go back and sync your apps ect and done:) hoped this helps xx

  22. lopemari says:

after i sync the apps . the apps don’t pop up on the menu side :( Why is that?

  23. syabba says:

  24. supervaderz says:

I have a question, my settings app wouldn’t open and it crashes, but I can’t take it off from the menu, what should I do?

  25. SheldonKawonga says:

or you can delete one of your apps by holding on it and clicking the x button and then going to app store and redownload that app instead of having to connect to your pc and sync.
